Multi-million dollar sale of major Augusta manufacturer

Clearwater Paper Corporation will acquire Graphic Packaging, a bleached paperboard manufacturing facility, for $700 million based on adjusted EBITDA (earnings before interest, tax, depreciation, and amortization) of approximately $100 million. ALDI buys out other grocery chain

ALDI, the low-cost supermarket chain based in Germany, has announced it has purchased Harvey’s and Winn Dixie stores from Jacksonville, Fl-based Southeastern Grocers. Update on CSRA Racquet Club purchase

Columbia County will take ownership of the Petersburg Racquet Club effective May 1, after commissioners approved the $1.5 million purchase during their April 18 regular meeting. PRC’s owners, Craig and Gail Jones announced the sale on the club’s Facebook page. There was also a news release from Columbia County on April 19.
