Matthews Motors, a truck and trailer service company in Augusta, has acquired Venture Auto Sales of Augusta. The acquisition joins two long-standing and successful family-owned businesses in the CSRA. With the acquisition, Matthews will have a complete portfolio of sales of light-, medium- and heavy-duty trucks to go along with its reputation for providing quality service for all makes and models. An Augusta-based workforce solutions company has expanded by acquiring a division of a major Southeastern software company. MAU Inc. now owns Doozer Software’s project services and staffing division. That division will become a part of 3ci, MAU’s technology solutions division. M3, which stands for Mass Media Marketing, offers a variety of services, such as graphic design, website development, and video production.
