Crowded CSRA restaurant hopes to lease a larger restaurant

A popular downtown Augusta restaurant has outgrown its current location and signed a letter of intent to lease a landmark building on 7th Street and Reynolds in downtown Augusta. ABD’s learned the Brunch House has until September 9th to complete its due diligence on repair costs of the old Town Tavern restaurant building, adjacent to the pink, high-rise condominiums on Reynolds Street near the Savannah River. Plans unveiled to replace 13th Street Bridge, the public has a brief window for comments

Almost as soon as one bridge project over the Savannah River has concluded, another one will begin. The Georgia Department of Transportation plans to replace the 13th Street bridge that connects downtown Augusta with downtown North Augusta in the next few years. The public can offer feedback on the project with the GDOT until Aug. 13.
