Georgians could see a drop in personal income taxes

Gov. Brian Kemp has announced a goal to speed up the reduction in personal income taxes that was approved last year. The process will mean amending HB 1437 during the 2024 session of the General Assembly that begins in January. The Evans franchisee of Alumni Cookie Dough had high hopes when she cut a deal to share space with the owners of Rooted Coffee House earlier in 2023.
