Innovation hub selected in CSRA and other cities

Aiken County is one of only six regions in the Palmetto State identified as an Innovation Hub, and its proximity to Augusta played a role. The others are Columbia, Charleston, Greenville, Rock Hill, and Florence. The South Carolina Research Authority (SCRA) selected the locations. The cities were announced in April. Restaurant Re-Brand

Sometimes, a long-time business needs a new coat of paint. In the case of a Mexican restaurant in Augusta, that has a literal meaning. El Paso Tacos & Tequila is now Señor Birds. The restaurant is at the former Mellow Mushroom restaurant on Broad Street in downtown Augusta. This rebrand also occurred at their other restaurants in Athens, Clemson, and Spartanburg.
