CSRA Restaurant Serves Up Dinner and Donations

As the work week winds down, here’s a chance to enjoy a great meal and give back. The Wildemount, located at 200 Park Avenue in Aiken, is hosting a charity dinner to benefit Golden Harvest Food Bank from 4:00 pm until 9:00 pm today. “We are pretty busy this time of year but wanted to do something to make a difference. Radiothon raises more than $250,000 for children’s hospital

Christmas music and cheers filled the halls of Wellstar Children’s Hospital of Georgia recently as listeners and viewers of local iHeart Media radio stations and WRDW generously supported patients and families for the 24th consecutive year. Generous donation to help CSRA babies

Call it the Christmas spirit or perhaps the giving nature of those pursuing a healthcare career, but Aiken Technical Colleges Student Medical Assisting Association (SMMA) came through in a big way for young CSRA mothers and their babies in need. Fulfilling a commitment to the community

More than 30 local service organizations and nonprofit agencies received a financial boost, thanks to a commitment made by then-University Hospital, now Piedmont Augusta. CSRA Christmas campaigns see greater needs this year

The Salvation Army of Augusta has kicked off two familiar campaigns as Christmas shopping goes into high gear. After Helene, the requests for help are substantially higher. The Angel Tree campaign provides toys and clothing to children who might otherwise receive little or nothing on Christmas Day.
