CSRA limo companies and the holidays

Late December is a very busy time for Harley Napier’s limousine drivers. Napier owns Celebrity Limos of GA, Inc. in Augusta. He said they transport their clients to many Christmas and New Year’s Eve events and celebrations. “People are going to see Christmas lights and attending dinners and formal events,” Napier said. Augusta Technical College reveals plan to build technology training center in Columbia County

Augusta Technical College plans to grow the future workforce by bringing a new advanced manufacturing and engineering technology training facility to Columbia County. This plan involves building a state-of-the-art manufacturing simulation center that will include classrooms and labs for engineering, robotics, chemical technology, and machining, according to an article from the college. LIV golfers receive invites to play at the Masters

The battle over the new LIV Golf Tour won’t keep some of the world’s top golfers away from Augusta National. The golf world had questioned whether golfers who had left the PGA for the Saudi-backed tour would be allowed to play in the Masters Tournament. New York natives launch CSRA photo booth biz

Two local nonprofits work together to provide food, gifts for military families

Those serving our country in the military sometimes need a helping hand around the holidays. Two local organizations recently teamed up to provide some of that help for service members at Fort Gordon. Golden Harvest Food Bank helps to feed families facing food insecurity in 25 counties throughout the CSRA.
