New shopping center almost fully leased

A new salon business called Elegant Nails is coming to Evans, according to Jordan Collier, Managing Director of Meybohm Commercial Properties. Collier said the 2,000-square-foot salon is scheduled to open in late summer in a mixed-use development called Eclipse at Riverwood, located just outside of Riverwood Plantation on Washington Road. The development includes Eclipse Storage, an 85,000-square-foot facility. Besides that, there are two buildings in the center. People were lined up in the parking lot to buy treats from a new Crumbl Cookies franchise in Evans during its soft opening on Thursday.
