The number of job postings that require at least one artificial intelligence (AI) skill has increased from 0.5 percent in 2010 to 1.7 percent in 2024. Simon Says: New Housing BOOM in the CSRA!

The Augusta Leading Economic Index (LEI) increased 1.9 percent in March from April. This is the highest monthly increase since August 2020, when we were coming out of the covid lockdown.
