She is a familiar face in the CSRA, first as Vice President of the Columbia County Chamber of Commerce. After Tiffany Heitzman left the Chamber to become the Executive Officer for the Homebuilders Association of the Greater Aiken-Augusta Region, her earlier mentoring efforts with the chamber weren’t forgotten. In the spring of this year, she was named the 2024 Business Woman of the Year.

Now as the Executive Officer for the Homebuilders Association of the Greater Aiken-Augusta Region, Tiffany Heitzman has once again been recognized for her leadership abilities, this time as the Executive Officer of the Year.
“Tiffany has worked tirelessly to not only grow the footprint and the membership of the association, but to grow the value of the association to the membership,” said Patrick Bukszar, HBAA President and Chief Executive Officer at Hurricane Builders.
More than 25 years ago, the Georgia Executive Officers Council (GEOC) developed a point system for judging this award based on attendance at meetings and seminars, involvement in GEOC, and participation with state and national. Over the past few years, the GEOC has tweaked the points system and added new metrics like community outreach, philanthropy, and membership retention. According to the GEOC, this year’s competition was tough.
Congratulations on being recognized Tiffany and giving business leadership a great example to follow!
