Publishers Note: The devastation caused by Hurricane Helene will have a lasting impact due to rebuilding efforts—including replanting of trees. Jordan Trotter Commercial Real Estate included the below information in their company newsletter. This event is open to businesses and the entire community.
Rooting For Augusta: Restoring Augusta’s Tree Canopy
Hurricane Helene left a lasting mark on the CSRA, taking with it many of the trees that gave our area beauty and charm. Now, we have the opportunity to come together as a community to restore what was lost.
Jordan Trotter Commercial Real Estate invites you to “Rooting for Augusta: Restoring Augusta’s Tree Canopy”, a special event dedicated to giving back to our city. Join us on Saturday, January 11, 2025, from 9 – 11 AM at 1102 Trust Ave. (Wheeler Rd./Agerton Ln. in front of the Y track). We are offering two free native trees to each family. Tree species will include: White Oak, Red Oak, Magnolia, Elm, Sycamore, and two types of Holly trees.
This event is more than a tree giveaway—it’s a community-driven effort to replant, revitalize, and regrow the landscape for future generations.
Thank you GoBuyPlants and Four Seasons Landscaping. Inc. for your partnership.
Let’s come together to rebuild the CSRA one tree at a time. Spread the word to friends, family, and neighbors. If you have any questions, contact us at info@jordantrotter.com
P.S. Share your tree-planting journey on social media using #RootingForAugusta!
