The Zaxby’s on Columbia Road in Martinez has won the most prestigious award presented by the company. The Mission Award honors the franchisee, above-store leaders, crew members, and the management team. The location was top among the 924 other stores across the country.
“This team works tirelessly to make the best out of every day and opportunity. It’s a huge honor and we couldn’t be prouder,” said Morgan Scruggs, Catering and Marketing Coordinator for SSR Augusta Zaxby’s.
The annual award is presented to the restaurant who most embodies Zaxby’s mission statement and operational core values. Winners are top operators on Zeggy metrics who also embrace and live Zaxby’s culture and mission; to consistently create encore experiences that enrich lives one person at a time.
