According to Victory Live, a ticketing technology company that analyzes trends across the secondary market, average daily prices increased year-over-year for every day of the tournament, with the most notable spikes on Sunday’s final round (+33%) and Tuesday’s practice round (+32%).
The most expensive ticket on the market is for Wednesday’s practice round and Par 3 Contest, averaging $2,954 per ticket, not including fees.

METHODOLOGY:
- In total, 1,005 Airbnb & Booking.com accommodation listings near Augusta, Georgia, were collected for the purpose of the 2025 analysis
- The dates were pre-set to 9th of April to 14th of April 2025, which was then compared to the average prices of 5-night stays on the same days of the week in the weeks before and after the Masters (2-7 April & 16-21 April)
- The accommodation search was pre-set for 2 adults
