A new salon business called Elegant Nails is coming to Evans, according to Jordan Collier, Managing Director of Meybohm Commercial Properties.
Collier said the 2,000-square-foot salon is scheduled to open in late summer in a mixed-use development called Eclipse at Riverwood, located just outside of Riverwood Plantation on Washington Road.
The development includes Eclipse Storage, an 85,000-square-foot facility. Besides that, there are two buildings in the center. The first building is anchored by a new Dunkin’ Donuts location.
“Elegant Nails will be the first tenant in the second building,” he said. “It will be a welcome addition to the center, and we look forward to its grand opening soon.”
Collier said he doesn’t think the business is part of a franchise. Many tenants have expressed interest in moving into Eclipse, and Meybohm will announce the anchor tenant for the second building once the lease is signed.
“We have just over 2,200 square feet remaining in the center, and we are working to identify a restaurant operator for this space,” he said.
