Saturday event helps support downtown businesses

Claire Riche loves downtown Augusta and enjoys promoting businesses in that part of town. Riche is organizing the second Support Downtown Augusta Trick or Treat on Broad Street event. The free event, sponsored by Mod Ink, Westobou, Redemption Church, and Field Botanicals, will be held on Saturday, Oct. 30 from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. on Broad Street between Ninth Street and 12th Street.
