More than 60 businesses and sponsors hope the Aiken Chamber’s annual Red Ticket campaign will keep local businesses in the black during the holiday shopping season. For the 4th year in a row, shoppers will receive a red ticket by visiting participating locations. For each $25 spent, you get a red ticket. November 1 kicked off the annual holiday shopping season, according to the National Retail Federation (NRF). It runs through Dec. 31. The NRF predicts retail sales growth of 2.5% and 3.5% over 2023.
