A new company is training the next generation of science, technology, engineering, and math professionals to capitalize on the demand for STEM positions in the CSRA. iCode is now open in Furys Ferry Station at the Riverwatch Parkway at 229 Furys Ferry Road. Some of the other tenants in the strip centers include Mass Media Marketing, Fleet Feet, Marco’s Pizza, and La Bonbonniere Chocolates. Simon Says: CSRA economy dips in April

There is a lot of uncertainty and volatility in the economy at the moment, and that can also be seen in the local data. The Augusta Leading Economics Index (LEI) fell 3.8 percent in April from March, but increased 0.6 percent on a three-month moving average. It is 1.3 percent higher than a year ago (0.9 percent using the moving average).
