Here they grow again. An Augusta-based realtor with offices in 9 other major cities is expanding more into a nearby market.
Auben Realty just acquired Peach State Property Management, a Metro Atlanta-based property management company.
Auben will take over the management of more than 150 residential units. The acquisition expands Auben’s growing presence in Georgia and strengthens its ability to serve real estate investors throughout the Atlanta market.
“This acquisition represents another important step in Auben’s strategic growth across high-opportunity markets,” said Tyson Schuetze, Founder & CEO of Auben Realty and Auben Capital Partners. “Atlanta remains one of the Southeast’s strongest real estate markets, and we’re excited to welcome the owners, residents, and properties of Peach State Property Management to the Auben family. We look forward to building on the trusted relationships and exceptional service they’ve established.”

The acquisition also strengthens Auben’s existing Metro Atlanta brokerage by pairing local property management expertise with residential sales services.
Together, the combined platform allows Auben to better support investors throughout the entire lifecycle of property ownership—from acquisition and leasing to ongoing management and future disposition.
