For years, CSRA cable customers came to the first floor of the Comcast building off of Riverwatch Parkway, while key employees occupied upstairs suites. Soon, Queensborough National Bank & Trust will be repurposing the building for its use.
“Q” and its contractors will be busy building out this facility and another in Evans. This purchased building at 405 Topgolf Way in Augusta is nearly 40,000 square feet and considered a Class A office property.
Once complete, the facility will serve as an operations center to provide more workspace to support the bank’s growing staff and back office functions. Thanks to Jordan Trotter Commercial Real Estate for the heads up.
Construction is also continuing on Queensborough’s four-story bank building on Washington Road in Evans. Currently, contractors are working on the part of the property that pinches up to the front entrance of T-Bonz Evans and behind several office buildings at 601 North Belair Square.
Recently, Pinnacle Bank became Vallant and celebrated the opening of a new branch in Hepzibah on July 10th. Construction continues on the building that will serve as its CSRA hub on Ronald Reagan Drive in Evans.
ABD’s been reporting on the acquisition of Southern Bank branches in the CSRA by 90-year-old Palmetto Citizens Federal Credit Union. We’re now told if the expected financial closing goes through, the four local branches will become property of PCFCU and will open as such on Monday, August 3rd.
These East Georgia locations are in Waynesboro, Sardis, Gibson, and Hephzibah.
