
Location, Location, Location
The first time I moved to Georgia, it wasn’t entirely by choice. In early 1987, as a young Air Force Officer with a Master’s Degree, I was chosen for an assignment as an ROTC instructor at Georgia Tech. Although I grew up in the Northeast and did my undergraduate work in the Midwest, I was pleased to return to the South, where I had studied for my Master’s a few years earlier.
