Legends Grille tees off at historic Aiken Golf Club

Big career changes are icing on the cake for the See family

Susan See was a practicing attorney with Fletcher, Harley, and Fletcher for 25 years. Her husband, James, worked for Rainbow Homes for 35 years. They gave it all up to bake cakes. Location for Wild Wing Cafe return to Augusta is approved

Dozens of wing sauces and live music will be making a wild comeback in the Garden City soon. On March 7th, the planning commission recommended the rezoning of the two single-family homes—which sit less than a half-mile from the entrance to the Village at Riverwatch shopping center anchored by Costco. New Evans pizza franchise to sell service by the slice

You may remember ordering a Big Mac from the former McDonald’s location in the Evans Walmart, but a new restaurant concept is scheduled to open in that store in the next two weeks, according to Chevie Green. Green, Director of Development for Pierre’s Eatery, said Walmart shoppers can look forward to sampling delicious meals, such as pizza, salads, gyros and Stromboli. Coffee giant to put the heat on nearby competitors

Look out Starbucks and Rooted, a new competitor is coming to Evans. Dunkin’ Donuts, which has several CSRA shops, including Wheeler, Washington and Furys Ferry Road, is building a new location just a block away from the Riverwood shopping center. The Patel family, which owns all the local Dunkin’ shops, is building the location in a new development called Eclipse at Riverwood. The Patels originally bought land in Riverwood, but they changed their mind because they didn’t want to be too close to three competitors: Rooted Coffeehouse, Starbucks and McDonald’s.
