Charcuterie demand leads to “Graze Craze”

Nothing says, “I care about you” like one of those tasty, trendy charcuterie boards!

New franchisees, Clint and Cheryl Hardy are hoping for many Valentine’s Day orders when they open “Graze Craze” in early February in the Shoppes of Blue Ridge on 4118 Evans to Locks Road.

Graze Craze will be in the same center as the popular “Chicken Fingers” restaurant and near Lakeside schools.

The center is managed by Jordan Trotter Commercial Real Estate.

At Graze Craze, highly trained charcuterie experts known as Grazologists™ design arrangements that feature fresh fruits and vegetables, premium meats and cheeses, artisanal sweets, nuts, and more—suitable for grazing.

Their charcuterie boards or “to-go cups” offer something for every lifestyle, dietary preference, or palette, and are available in a variety of size options to cater to any occasion, big or small.

“The wonderful people of the CSRA love to gather and celebrate,” said Cheryl Hardy. “There is no better centerpiece for a special occasion than a Graze Craze charcuterie board – it’s unmatched in quality, beauty, and functionality.”

Clint and Cheryl are retiring to run the business full-time.  They say they have always been involved with sports, particularly baseball.  Their plan is to use the new Graze Craze business to further support kids in being active in sports while chasing their dreams.
