“My proudest moment was probably when we were able to give a jersey giveaway at a GreenJackets game this year to a little boy named Colton, who was probably the happiest person on earth when he found out he won our giveaway,” recalled Hyatt. “It really hit home that what we do in our community positively impacts lives which is a huge motivator for us.”
Business for The Hyatt Agency, LLC has been booming and they are expanding locally and in Athens, GA, with another location in the works to be opened there soon.
“My main goal for the Hyatt agency is to create a locally owned insurance agency in Augusta, GA where I was born and raised, and make it the No.1 insurance agency in America,” Hyatt explains. “The goal is to have several different branches all around the CSRA and the state of Georgia, with the local support of ABD and their CSRA residents…we will make it happen!”
Hyatt and his team really love what they do and serving their customers.
“I really enjoy educating people about their insurance and showing them in what ways we can actually increase their coverage (that they need) while also decreasing their premiums by finding discounts they had no idea existed,” Hyatt explained.
