It’s not the Last Supper, but The Wildemount is offering a full-fledged Biblical meal on Monday, June 17 at 6:00 pm.
Wildemount owner, Samuel O’Lone worked for eight years in the food service business, but his degree is in theology, which brings us to his latest offering.
“I get random ideas about unique offerings for our restaurant. The Bible is about people and people have to eat, so we explored a menu which honors a biblical theme,” explained O’Lone.
In the restaurant business or any business for that matter, it’s imperative to stay ahead of the curve, to offer something different or better than the competition. The Wildemount, located at 200 Park Avenue SW in Aiken has figured out a formula that works and that customers enjoy.
ABD shared their story, beginning with their opening in January of 2023. In many ways, their story is typical of Aiken entrepreneurs who visit, have a horse connection, or just love the people and community, and end up buying a house and opening a business.
“We started the themed wine dinners several months ago and people love them. They have been extremely popular.”
The Wildemount also started brunch service earlier this year from 10:00 am until 2:00 pm, which includes endless mimosas. If you want a perfect start to your weekend, you can stop by and enjoy strawberry-stuffed waffles and other breakfast/brunch goodies.
You can follow The Wildemount on Facebook to learn more about their latest offerings here.
