The explosive growth in Grovetown and success of Culver’s and Meadows Original Frozen Custard may have inspired Cold Stone Creamery to start mixing up flavors in their 3rd story.
Jordan Trotter Commercial Real Estate represented Cold Stone Creamery and says it is the first of more tenants to sign on to be part of a new strip center built in the Gateway Square shopping center near I-20 in Grovetown and across from Wal-Mart. Cold Stone will operate a 1500 square foot store, leaving 4500 more square feet to rent.
Other food and beverage tenants include Chick-Fil-A, Shane’s Rib Shack, Starbucks, McAlister’s, Your Pie, many other restaurants along with an ALDI grocery store.
Competitors nearby will include Culver’s on 4020 Gateway Boulevard and Meadows Original Frozen Custard & Espresso Café at 715 Gateway Center Boulevard.
Cold Stone Creamery has a long-time store in the Augusta Exchange Shopping Center at 210 Robert C. Daniel Parkway.
In 2021, Cold Stone opened it’s second CSRA ice cream shop at 626 Mullins Colony in Evans next to Mullins Crossing on Washington Road.
