Inspiration doesn’t stop here

Knowing how to inspire others often means cultivating and sharing a positive mental attitude. Being enthusiastic about work, life, and relationships means sharing joy, passion, and enthusiasm with those around you.

ABD contributors, Darin Myers and Dr. Rick Franza, have discussed the importance of inspiration frequently in their columns for Augusta Business Daily, especially as it pertains to running a business. Without inspiration, building a successful business would be close to impossible.

“The name for our spring conference, Inspire 2024, actually came to me after Stephanie Stuckey and Kate Sanders confirmed they would speak at our event. I could not think of two more inspiring marketing and sales professionals. They delivered and then some,” explained ABD publisher, Neil Gordon.

As the editor and reporter for ABD, it was an honor to serve as the emcee for the Inspire 2024 conference. Having worked in television for 21 years and as a spokesperson for two nonprofits, it’s something I’ve done many times. This was special. I got to introduce three people who are rock stars in the business community, Patrick Reynolds, President/CEO of Crosslink Consulting, Stephanie Stuckey, who is rebuilding her family’s iconic brand, and Kate Sanders, the former CEO of Alison South.

The energy in the room was electric! The feedback from vendors, guests, and speakers was five stars.

From the breakfast catered by Fat Man’s to the exceptional venue of the Hyatt House meeting room, to the speakers and business leaders attending, it was inspiring!

Best Office Solutions provided great table decorations and a display of office furniture that provided yet another way to enjoy the session. Shawna Woodward, a regular contributor to ABD with Real Talk Real Estate provided bags to collect goodies from Stuckey’s including some pecan delicacies, and all of the great vendors.

Crosslink President/CEO, Patrick Reynolds was in line to receive an autographed copy of Stephanie Stuckey’s book.

Thanks to ABD’s Project Manager, Erin Campbell who made the event a great experience for all who attended. Thanks to the presenting sponsors including Aurubis, Crosslink Consulting, and Goodwill of Middle Georgia, and the CSRA for making business life better in our part of the world!

We can’t wait to unveil what will inspire you in the fall! Stay tuned.
