Local business owner brings a simple touch to house cleaning

Many people dread cleaning their own homes, let alone doing it for others, but that’s not the case for Dejah Brown.

Brown just launched Simple Touch Cleaning Services, LLC, a CSRA company that specializes in cleaning homes and Airbnb rentals.

“For the past couple of years, I worked for different cleaning companies, and I found it’s something I actually enjoy doing,” she said. “I like seeing the transformation and knowing I’ve helped someone.”

Brown said there’s no shortage of residential cleaning businesses in the Augusta area, so it’s important for businesses like hers to differentiate themselves from the competition. She focuses on providing high-quality cleaning services at affordable prices. Her customers can pay either a flat rate or by the hour.

Like many new business owners, Brown’s greatest challenge has been marketing Simple Touch’s services.

“I pay attention to detail and make sure my customers are satisfied,” Brown said. “It’s going pretty well so far, especially for being a new business.”

Brown is mostly available Monday through Friday, but she also offers some weekend cleaning appointments. For more information or to make an appointment, contact her at 843-321-8679 or
