ABD has learned that the last day Bealls Outlet located near Walmart at 270 Bobby Jones Expressway, Suite 108 will be open is Saturday, Jan. 21.
We have contacted both the store and the company to find out why that location is closing, but their representatives said they don’t know the reason for the closure.
Founded in Brandenton, Fla. in 1915, the company sells a variety of items, including clothing and shoes for men, women, and children, as well as purses, beauty supplies, and items for the home.
Bealls Outlet has hundreds of stores throughout the U.S. According to its website, their prices are up to 70 percent lower than other department stores. Besides Augusta, the company also has a location at 310 East Martintown Road in North Augusta.
The Augusta location is open Monday through Thursday from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m., and Friday and Saturday from 9 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. For more information, visit Bealls Outlet.
