24-year-old Noah McBride is wise beyond his years. Perhaps, he learned it from his grandpa Tommy McBride, who is working in his 55th year in local real estate, or from his old boss, Larry Miller, the former broker of Century 21 Larry Miller Realty.
On New Year’s Day, Noah assumed control of the brokerage Miller had owned for 36 years.
“I’m excited for the legacy he is leaving behind and to continue what he’s built,” said the three-year real estate agent from his temporary offices at 4426 Washington Road in Evans across from Walmart. The team will work from there and virtually until the C21 office is restored on North Belair Road after a pipe burst.
McBride will continue to employ or contract with about 30 agents and support staff.
“I feel very fortunate to impact our agents’ goals financially and their family lives.”
He’ll also keep a focus Miller had since he was stationed at Fort Gordon, joined the Reserves, and settled in the CSRA decades ago.

“We will continue the processes Larry’s put in place to serve veterans with their relocation needs,” said Noah McBride.
Miller was granted a contract from Ft. Gordon in 1998 to assist military families with their moves. In exchange, Miller’s donated hundreds of thousands of dollars to the army post to help military families with their quality of life.
When Noah opted to make real estate his life’s work, to own his agency, he asked his grandfather what broker he should learn the ropes from. Tommy didn’t hesitate, “Larry Miller.”
When the pipes burst at the C21 office, who did Noah rent his temporary digs from? His grandpa Tommy.

When a reporter asked him whether he’d keep the brand and name that his predecessor started in 1986—he instantly answered, “absolutely.”
Wise young man indeed.
