ABD’s learned that Blanchard and Calhoun Commercial is going to be developing and leasing space about a half mile away at 3069 Washington Road.
The Classic Collision building will be subdivided, with their administrative side moving its operation mostly to the rear of the building, by their service bays.
The huge showroom, which was originally the site of Bourne Toyota in the 1990’s—will be converted into up to six suites, totaling 22,000 square feet. There is an inside/outside room for two restaurant suites, including drive-throughs and a covered patio.
Redevelopment of the Classic Collision building includes a new façade, roof, new parking, and upgraded landscaping.
At the entrance to the new concept with be a nearly one-acre outparcel developed on Washington Road featuring about 7,000 square feet of retail space with room for one restaurant.
