Amy received both her Master of Business Administration and Bachelor of Business Administration in accounting from Augusta University. Following the completion of her MBA, she was with the James M. Hull College of Business at Augusta University as their Business Engagement Coordinator where she served as a liaison and representative of the College for over three years. There she managed business engagement, event management, external relations, and brand management. In late 2019, she transitioned out of higher education. The catalyst for this
major life change was discovering she was pregnant with her son, with his surprise miracle baby becoming her “why”. While pregnant with her son, she started Richardson Professional Solutions (RPS). Doing so would allow her to stay home as much as possible once he arrives. What started as a side hustle grew quickly to where she had a team of ten in less than a year. RPS helps you make more time in your business by providing back-office solutions such as bookkeeping, marketing, or project management.
