A large 2500 plus square foot retail location next to Brinkley’s Chop House, SRP Park, and across from the Crowne Plaza Hotel in North Augusta is ready for a new tenant.
“We’ve closed the North Augusta store. It was very successful, and we had plenty of staff who enjoyed working there, said Swank co-owner, Rafy Bassali.
Bassali purchased his core, legacy Swank store in Surrey Center in 2014, followed by the opening of the Riverwood location in 2021 and the building in 2024 of another Swank in West Lake Commons, which the Bassalis own.
With the closing of the North Augusta Swank, Bassali told ABD they are focusing on elevating the brand of women’s fashion and gifts in the Peach State.
“We’ve decided to focus on growing our other Georgia locations and e-commerce for now. We recently added Athens and Statesboro and continue to grow both in-store and online,” he added.
Jordan Trotter Commercial Real Estate handles the leasing in the SRP Park area in North Augusta and is currently seeking a new tenant for the vacant Swank store.
