Relocation specialists relocate to new West Augusta home

Jordan Trotter Commercial Real Estate just retrofitted the old Dawson Taylor Insurance office on 3510 Wheeler Road, not far from First Baptist Church at Walton Way Extension.

The partners, Trey Jordan and Dennis Trotter started in 2013 with very humble beginnings.

“Nine years ago, JTCR started in a sparse 800 square foot office with no employees but a lot of motivation,” according to a newsletter the firm released to clients, prospects, and those involved in construction.

We’ve grown steadily over those years and appreciate the trust our clients have put in us to take care of their commercial real estate needs of all types.”

Jordan Trotter’s colleagues have much room in their new offices at 3510 Wheeler Road.

JTCR thanked many long-time partners that helped bring the building to life including Thompson Wrecking on the demolition end, Dickinson Architects on the planning side, Weinberger’s Business Interiors, and on the signage side—AAA Signs, and Keen Signs.

Jordan Trotter Commercial Real Estate is a full-service firm that provides many services to shopping center developers, like leasing out Martinez shopping centers, Furys Ferry Center, and the Shoppes @ Petersburg, which was fully leased as of the first quarter of 2022.

JTCR also found the former University Hospital clinic site for its client Aldi—and brokered the deal between the buyer and seller.

Perhaps the most prominent project Jordan Trotter continues to work on is the Village at Riverwatch Retail Center which features clients like Costco, News 12/NBC 26, Dave & Busters, and many others.
