Eggs Up Grill is planning to open its 83rd location in Evans in 2024, serving up many popular breakfast items, such as omelets, breakfast sandwiches, French toast with fresh fruit, breakfast potatoes, and popular sides like bacon and sausage. Eggs Up franchisees freshen menus each season.
Eggs Up Grill will land at 1200 Town Park Lane off of North Belair Road. Jordan Trotter Commercial Real Estate represents the shopping center owner and also recruited EUG to open in the vacant 1200 square foot space.
This building is located just in front of Evans Town Park Center that is home to Pediatric Partners of Augusta, Evans Medical Group, Orthopedic Associates of Augusta, Dermatology Specialist, First Community Bank, Takosushi, First Community Bank and Code Ninjas, and Acrisure.
Eggs Up Grill was named Best Breakfast Restaurant Franchise in 2021 and 2022 by Entrepreneur Magazine and is continuing to expand its footprint in Georgialina from its headquarters in Greenville.
EUG closely resembles First Watch, which is routinely packed in the same shopping center as Sprouts in West Augusta off of Walton Way Extension.
Other main breakfast competitors will be the Sunrise Grill in Martinez and That Flippin’ Egg and IHOP on Washington Road in Evans.
All three of those competitors to EUG operate out of a larger footprint.
Ruth’s Family Restaurant announced on social media it was closing at the end of 2023.
