A new West Augusta Shopping Center is off to a solid start with three retailers open and three other leases signed.
Jordan Trotter Commercial Real Estate already has about 50% of the square footage leased.
Super Bowl Sunday provided a big boost to Baldino’s, a popular sub sandwich shop occupying the first spot in the center to the right.
The center is at 110 Davis Road, directly across from the West Town Shopping Center at the corner of Davis and Washington Road.
The other two businesses open to the far left of the center are Synergy Gym and Royal Lash and Nail Salon.
The three businesses under contract to open in the future are:
- The Back Nine, an indoor golf simulator
- Chaum Korean Eatery with authentic cuisine
- Fix Connect, leasing office space by the hour
As we first noted in a 2024 story, Clifton Construction was hired to build Davis Square.
