Three CSRA young professionals receive awards

Three Augusta business leaders have received awards from a local professional organization.

Young Professionals of Augusta held its Choice Awards on Saturday, Dec. 4 at Crowne Plaza in North Augusta. The three award winners are:

  • James Whitehead, Branch Manager for SouthState Bank, received The Ed Presnell Award.
  • Jeannine Steinkuhl, Assistant Director of Sales for Crowne Plaza, was selected as Board Member of the Year.
  • Jessica Krueger, a local agent with Blanchard and Calhoun Real Estate, was selected as Member of the Year. “I am so honored to have received the Member of the Year award,” says Krueger in a post on LinkedIn. “YPA is such a great organization to be a member of, and I cannot wait to see what 2022 has in store.”

Founded in 2007, Young Professionals of Augusta is a networking, professional development, and community outreach group for working professionals between the ages of 21 and 40. The cost to join is $50 for the year. For more information, visit ypaugusta.com.
