Two local businesses, Summerville Flower Shack and Two Moms Cookies, are coming together under the ownership of Christy McArdle (Summerville Flower Shack) and Mary Douglas Klimas (second-generation owner of Two Moms) to launch a one-of-a-kind celebration hub: Celebrate! on Central.
The new concept brings both brands under one roof at 2830 Central Ave., the former home of Two Moms Kitchen. This expanded space will be more than just a bakery and flower shop—it will be a CSRA destination for life’s celebrations, big and small.
From fresh floral arrangements to custom cookies, and birthday balloons to baby gifts, Celebrate! on Central will offer a curated collection of goods and services to help the community celebrate every moment. Customers can expect:
- Custom cookies and baked goods from Two Moms Cookies
- Fresh floral designs and wreaths from Summerville Flower Shack
- Party supplies and décor, including balloons, banners, and cake plates
- Seasonal holiday décor
- Unique gifts and ribbon for every occasion
“One of my favorite things in the world is doing something nice for someone,” said Christy McArdle. “I’m so excited to share a space where you can walk in and pass that kindness on to others. No matter the occasion—birthday, retirement, sympathy, wedding, baby shower, or even just a happy Tuesday—we’re looking forward to honoring these moments with you.”
Mary Douglas Klimas’ son, Douglas, added, “It’s a privilege to continue her legacy and an exciting moment to collaborate with Christy and the incredible creativity she brings from Summerville Flower Shack. Together, we’re creating a one-of-a-kind destination to help Augusta honor life’s most meaningful moments.”
Celebrate! on Central will be the only business in Augusta, where cookies, flowers, gifts, and balloons come together, making it easy for customers to plan, decorate, and celebrate all in one stop.
