Young golfers learn from the Pros!

With the Augusta National Women’s Amateur championship on the line this weekend, some contenders and legends took time out to teach Augusta children, thanks to a bank with locations in the CSRA.

Rain on the course earlier in the week didn’t deter legends like Suzy Whaley (pictured) from helping lead a clinic for Augusta-area High School female golfers and a community golf clinic for kids from Boys & Girls Club of Greater Augusta and First Tee Augusta.

The 4th Annual “Golf with Us Clinic” is an initiative sponsored by a Champion Partner of the Masters Tournament, Bank of America. It was held at the Boys and Girls Club this year, and its members and First Tee players were given instruction on golf and life skills by Augusta National Women’s Amateur players (Megha Ganne, Kiara Romero).
