Harlem businesses prepare for new faces this weekend

A popular annual event is coming up this weekend in Harlem. The 34th Annual Oliver Hardy Festival kicks off at 9 a.m. on Saturday, October 7. Hardy, half of the famous comedy duo of Laurel and Hardy, was born in Harlem in 1892.
