Private aviation company helps local food bank prepare meals for the hungry

Many CSRA business leaders look forward to Masters Week because it gives them a chance to watch golf, go on vacation, or take some much-needed time off from work, but for Golden Harvest Food Bank, hunger never takes a vacation. In November, owners of The Bee’s Knees, a downtown eatery that specialized in tapas, decided to close its doors after many years in business. But its former home is now available for lease, according to the Finem Group with Meybohm Commercial Properties. ATI Restoration, America’s largest family-operated restoration contractor, has announced the buyout of Venturi Restoration with an office in Augusta and in 16 other states. Local artist creates unique Masters designs for shoes

Anne Luckey has painted murals at various locations throughout the CSRA, but this week, her canvas is mobile. For the first time this year, Luckey, a local artist and owner of ArtsAnneCrafts, is painting unique Masters designs on sneakers just in time for the 2023 tournament.
