CyberPatriot camps show local students cyber skills, career opportunities
More than 130 students from the Augusta area now have better digital literacy skills and know the basics of cyber security, thanks to CyberPatriot Camps sponsored by the Alliance for Fort Gordon, the Augusta Boys, and Girls Club, and AT&T Foundation. The two-week-long camps were held at the Georgia Cyber Center in Augusta and Aiken Technical College. In addition to learning new skills, the students also learned about career opportunities in the cyber security field. “These CyberPatriot Camps were a unique opportunity for local students to gain hands-on experience in
