After six years, Onnie Sanford is closing her food preparation business, but her shared kitchen space isn’t going anywhere. On Wednesday, Sanford, owner of OPP Kitchen located at 359 Furys Ferry Road in Martinez, announced in a Facebook video that she has decided to close Paleo Num Yums, which offers a variety of healthy, high-protein/low-carb meals. Last night at the Georgia Cancer Center, a major milestone was met. Since Paceline’s inception in 2018, more than $1 million and 100% of donations by Augusta area companies and citizens have gone to the GCC for innovative cancer research. The family of Justin Gilstrap has already received more than $2,700 in donations, thanks to a team of local businesses.
