Meybohm Real Estate (see photo above story) offers its clients a variety of services, such as residential and commercial sales; property management; and development. John Cates has been promoted from chief operating officer to president of Meybohm. “We have worked to build a team of people and a company that both stand on the integrity and foundation that make us who we are, while also adapting to and planning for an ever-changing world in the future,” says Cates. “Our job is to ensure that the next 40 years are just as bright as the last 40 have been, and I couldn’t be more excited about the future of our company.” In his new role, he will be responsible for expanding many of the company’s divisions, such as Meybohm Commercial Properties and Meybohm Property Management. Former President Mike Polatty will continue to serve as the company’s chief executive officer and work to expand Meybohm’s development division.

As a first step in this evolutionary process in late 2021, Meybohm re-branded its company, highlighting its divisions, trademark and colors (see logo above headline).
