Whether someone needs a summer job or just a way to earn a little extra cash, the Augusta GreenJackets are looking for workers to fill positions at SRP Park for the 2022 season.
The GreenJackets will hold a job fair on Wednesday, 4:30-7:30 p.m. at SRP Park, 187 Railroad Ave., North Augusta. Applicants must be 16 or older, able to pass a background check, and available to work all 66 home games from April through Labor Day. The first home game of the season is on April 19.
Some of the positions the team is looking for are box office attendant, facilities and grounds crew, cleaning crew, security, retail clerks and vendors, guest services, Kids Zone attendants, cooks, wait staff, suite services, and ticket takers.
Some perks for game day employees are complimentary tickets for friends and family to select games, staff shirts, and hats, merchandise discounts, the opportunity for special prizes, and an end-of-season party.
