As humans, we have the advantage of being the most highly evolved lifeform, so it would be difficult for technology to overtake our total functions. You’ve likely heard of the new ChatGPT technology that has revolutionized the internet recently. Have you tried it? In case you don’t know much about it, the software launched at the end of 2022. It learns from input from others and those around the internet. When you ask it a question, it gathers that information together to answer your questions. When asking questions, proceed with caution because it has been known to be slightly off with the answers that it provides on specific topics, but as a rule, it can be helpful for general questions. Grammarly
If it’s been a while since you graduated college, then you may have forgotten much of the grammar and spelling that you learned while attending classes. Grammarly helps with that. It uses AI to help suggest the best sentence structure and correct spelling to make your writing as professional as possible. They have a free version that you can start using now across all your writing platforms. Check it out.
Levity
Then, there are companies like Levity that compile the multiple paths that AI can assist with and create an entire platform dedicated to what AI can do for businesspeople. They have solutions for email, social media, product images, surveys, customer support, and more. The biggest advantage is that Levity can help automate your daily processes to save time during your day. Granted, I have not tried this software, but there are several different ones around like this one that could maybe do the trick to help incorporate AI into your workday.
In today’s ever-changing work environment, there is no reason to be intimidated by AI. The quicker we embrace technology for good, the better off we will be.
