The land between Advanced Auto Parts and Bojangles in Evans is getting cleared to make way for a practice’s 2nd Urgent Care Center in the CSRA.
ABD’s learned that Peachtree Immediate Care will build on this parcel of land that used to be a U-Haul Center.
Contractors are very busy prepping the land for an Atlanta area construction company.
According to Zillow, the land is 1.33 acres and is assessed at a little more than $1 million.
The address is 4548 Washington Road.
Sewell Demolition & Abatement, Chattahoochie Construction Company, and other companies are doing work on the project.
Jordan Trotter Commercial Real Estate was involved in the sale of the property.
Peachtree Immediate Care is based in Atlanta and opened its first Augusta location almost a year ago on November 5, 2025, in a new strip center next to Dave’s Hot Chicken off of Wheeler Road.
That location is approximately 5,000 square feet with 8 exam rooms and a lab.
Peachtree’s nearby competition in Columbia County will be Wellstar Urgent Care, Piedmont Prompt Care, Mednow, and others.
