Planet Fitness wants to help you get in shape for only $10 a month.
The gym, known as the Judgement Free Zone, is scheduled to open a fifth CSRA location on Wednesday, Nov. 17 at 2803 Wrightsboro Road near the Village Deli in the Daniel Village Shopping Center. The building is the former home of Trinity Hospice. The other Planet Fitness gyms are located on Bobby Jones Expressway in Martinez, Windsor Spring Road in South Augusta, Knox Avenue in North Augusta, and Whiskey Road in Aiken. Like other gyms, it will feature a variety of cardiovascular and weight-training equipment, as well as free weights. Planet Fitness is geared to not only experienced exercisers, but also beginners.
The Classic membership, which costs $10 a month, allows members unlimited access to the gym and fitness training. The PF Black Card membership, which costs $22.99 a month, provides members a variety of benefits, such as free tanning, use of other Planet Fitness gyms throughout the U.S., and free guests.
