Out of more than 200 offices across the country, Spherion Staffing and Recruiting in Augusta was recently presented with the Franchise Owner of the Year, On-Premise Office of the Year, and President’s Award during the company’s annual National Meeting. In addition, Branch Coordinator, Kaitlin Dunn was recognized as the Top Contract Producer.
The President’s Award was presented to the top-performing offices across Spherion’s franchise network of more than 200-plus staffing agencies nationwide. Angela Swarts, local franchise owner of Spherion Augusta, and her team earned the coveted award due to their commitment to professional growth and development, demonstrated by their investments in ongoing learning opportunities and advanced training for colleagues. The results of these efforts led to impressive year-over-year revenue growth and an expanded clientele, including increased business with on-premise clients. Because of their outstanding work with these particular clients, Spherion Augusta also received recognition as the On-Premise Office of the Year.
On top of her office’s outstanding fiscal performance, Swarts earned Spherion’s top honor as Franchise Owner of the Year for her entrepreneurial spirit, exceptional leadership, and community involvement. As an active member of the local Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM) chapter in Augusta, Swarts consistently shares workforce insights and strategies with local employers during chapter events.
