SRP Federal Credit Union Wins Gold MAC Award for Public Relations

Three leaders in SRP Federal Credit Union’s efforts to raise awareness are just back from a conference in Arizona with some hardware.

Shana Reid, Chief Development Officer for SRPFCU (L), Josh Rhoden, Marketing and Communications Manager, and Allyson Teevan, Assistant Vice President of Marketing and Communications(R), posed with the Gold Award in Public Relations.

The Marketing Association of Credit Unions (MAC) selected SRPFCU for national recognition.

SRP entered in the category with more than $2 billion in assets. The honor places SRP among the nation’s top-performing credit unions in marketing and communications. A total of 548 entries were submitted by credit unions across the country this year.

“We are honored to receive this recognition for our team’s work in public relations,” said Shana Reid, Chief Development Officer of SRP Federal Credit Union. “Our goal is to share stories that reflect who we are as a credit union, highlighting our members, our ambassadors, and the communities we serve. This award reflects that commitment, and we look forward to continuing to share the good things happening at SRP.”

SRP Federal Credit Union is headquartered in North Augusta, South Carolina, and provides a full range of financial services to more than 200,000 members. SRP serves the banking needs of individuals, families, and businesses across 10 counties in Georgia and South Carolina.

Recognized for its commitment to member service and community impact, SRP was recently named Best-In-State Credit Union in Georgia by Forbes and one of America’s Best Credit Unions in South Carolina by Newsweek.
