If you’re shopping for a bargain, a store with most items priced below $5 will open this Friday, September 19, in Augusta.
Five Below is set to open its newest location in the space formerly occupied by Party City in the Augusta Exchange Shopping Center, 249 Robert C. Daniel Jr. Pkwy.
The Augusta Exchange store is the third in the area. A Five Below is located in Mullins Crossing in Evans and in Aiken at the Aiken Exchange, 2529 Whiskey Rd. Suite 415.
It’s described as a trendy store for kids, tweens, and teens. Parents may also appreciate the savings on school supplies and upcoming Halloween decorations and candy for trick-or-treaters.
The store also features toys and games, brand-name beauty products, the latest tech items, room décor, and more.
To celebrate the grand opening on September 19, the store will host a festive weekend filled with fun, music, and kids’ activities. The first 100 in line at the store on Saturday, September 20, will receive a $10 gift card.
Five Below hours are Monday through Saturday from 10:00 am until 9:00 pm and Sunday from 10:00 am until 7:00 pm. For more information, visit www.fivebelow.com or find @Five Below on TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
The first Five Below opened in Pennsylvania in 2002. There are now more than 1,800 stores nationwide. The Augusta store is one of three opening in Georgia this month. The other store opened in Morrow on Sept. 12, and another will open in Moultrie on Sept. 26.
